Efinaconazole
is a 14 alpha-demethylase inhibitor adumbrated in the analysis of fungal
infection of the nail, accepted as onychomycosis. It was accustomed for use in
Canada and the USA in 2014 and is marketed by Valeant Pharmaceuticals North
America LLC beneath the name Jublia.
Efinaconazole
is an azole antifungal. Efinaconazole inhibits fungal lanosterol
14α-demethylase complex in the biosynthesis of ergosterol, a basic of fungal
corpuscle membranes.
